Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On personal data» dated 02.07.2019. No. 547 and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data on the part of PROGRAMM SOFT LLC (hereinafter - the Operator).

This Operator policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors to a website on the Internet at: http://programmsoft.uz (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

This Policy applies directly to the Site and to information obtained through it. The policy does not apply to any other sites and is not applicable to third-party websites that may contain a reference to the Site and from which links to the Site may be made, as well as links from the Site to other Internet sites.

• 2.7. User – any visitor of the web site on the Internet at: http://programmsoft.uz;
• 2.8. The provision of personal data – actions aimed at revealing personal data to a certain person or circle of persons;
• 2.9. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarization with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including disclosure of personal data in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
• 2.10. Destruction of personal data – any action in which personal data is destroyed irrevocably impossible to restore the contents of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) which are destroyed material carriers of personal data.

3. The operator can process the following personal User data

1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
2. Company name;
3. Phone number;
4. E-mail address;
5. Summary, as well as any information contained therein;
6. The site also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies).

4. Purpose of personal data processing

1. 4.1. The Purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails on their requests via «Feedback».
2. 4.2. The Operator Also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. 5. Basis for processing personal data

1. 5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and / or sent by the User independently through a special «Feedback» form located on the Site http://programmsoft.uz. By filling out the appropriate forms and / or sending your personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
2. 5.2. The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving cookies is enabled and the use of JavaScript technology).

6. The procedure for the collection, storage, transfer, and other types of processing personal data

1. 6.1. The Security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
2. 6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
3. 6.3. The User's Personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
4. 6.4. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator’s email address programmsoftuz@gmail.com marked «Updating personal data».
5. 6.5. The term of processing of personal data is unlimited. The user can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address programmsoftuz@gmail.com marked «Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data».

7. Dispute Resolution

1. 7.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from relations under this Policy between the Operator and the User, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).
2. 7.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. 7.3. The current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Operator and the User.

8. Final provisions

1. 8.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent.
2. 8.2. The User can get any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email programmsoftuz@gmail.com.
3. 8.3. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.
4. 8.4. The Current version of the Policy is freely available on the Internet at http://programmsoft.uz/en/policy.
